Product Description
Da Hong pao oolong tea like most rock oolongs, it is partially fermented from 40% to 60%. Shui Xian, sometimes called Water Immortal or Narcissus, is an especially fragrant tea with a liquor of glowing scorched-orange honey color. The ephemeral narcissus aroma is purely an artifact of the teas cultivation and processing. No flowers were necessary to scent this delicacy.
Brewing Tips: Oolong tea should be made with boiling water and then infused for 3-4 minutes before the leaves are removed. When brewed, China oolong teas yield a pale, orange-brown liquor while the Formosa oolong is a dark red in the cup.
